Depending on the composition of the Illustration, drawing Characters/OCs as Fullbodies is the goal. If the pose chosen is closer to a "Thigh-Up" for a character, the lack of legs can be traded out for a Panel or Two.. The Artist is willing to negotiate to create something satisfying!
Panels are additional pictures added into the Illustration, similar to a sequence/comic or simple close-ups of the action.
Each Commission can have up to 3 additional panels/close-ups.
Every Panel added will decrease the overall size, composure of other panels in order to organize the Illustration! Main Panels will have fullbodies or “thigh-ups”.

✦ Age Concerns + Consent:
All clients must be over the age of 18 to commission the Artist. Those who are underage are strictly prohibited from the Artist's spaces. If other routes are taken to disregard the Artist's boundaries, the person(s) will be permanently blacklisted. No excuses.
✦ Getting Prepared:
Reliable source of Payment. (PayPal or CashApp)
Capability to respond to messages within a 24-48 hour timespan.
Able to use messaging services. (Email, Discord, Telegram)
All Character References, Detailed Images, Etc must be clear and eligible.
Pre-existing image(s) for Direct Composition/Reference or Artistic Liberty.
Artist accepts Artistic Liberty and Direct Composition.
Direct Composition:
Pre-existing drawings, images, photography can be used as reference. No Ai generated images please!
The Artist WILL NOT accept long detail writings to explain the concept.
Images as simple as Stick-Figure drawings are acceptable!Artistic Liberty:
Full range to compose the drawing for your commission with inspiration based off of key terms or themes given by you, the client.
Two or More terms, themes, expression/feeling, anything to inspire a concept/pose.
Do's and Don'ts are not necessary, it does help and will be followed!
✦ Commission/YCH Routine Process:
Custom Illustration Commissions:
Submitting an Application: Once the Artist announces that Commissions are open, the public has a set time-frame to send Form Submissions for Work.
The Artist Will Contact: If the Artist is able to accept your Commission Submission, they will return to you with the Concept Sketch(1stWIP) where they will then ask for any changes, additions or critiques for the Revised Sketch.
Invoicing and Gathering Payment: When the Concept Sketch(1stWIP) is approved, the Artist will then Invoice/Request for gathering payment. Once paid, Work will begin as soon as possible.
Revising the Concept Sketch: Once Payment is received, Within the following 1-2 Weeks after the Concept Sketch(1stWIP) will be returned to the Client. Charged Fees for Edits and Changes will be applied at this point.
Lining, Coloring, Shading, Completion: Over the course of 3-4 Months, the Artist will send updates according to progress that has been made. The Artist will send updates in chunks, so requested edits can be made before moving on. Your approval is needed to proceed through these phases into Completion!
Completion and Delivery: When the Commission Illustration Project is completed, the Artist will send the Finale Version before checking for any last changes. All Files associated with your Commission will be sent to your Delivery Email.
YCH Illustration Commissions:
Claiming a Slot/YCH: When the Artist opens for YCHs, they will have written information on the flexibilities of quality for the YCH Commission. Depending on what is written, you will be able to claim a Slot/YCH based on the Instructions given by the Artist.
Once The YCH/Slot has been Claimed: The Artist will contact the interested Client's to gather information for Character References, and form of Payment, and Delivery Email for Completed Work.
Revising the YCH Thumbnail/Concept Sketch: Once payment has been received, the Artist will return within the following 1-2 weeks with the Concept Sketch drawn closer to the features of the Character(s) chosen for the YCH.
Lining, Coloring, Shading, Completion: Over the course of 3-4 Months, the Artist will send updates according to progress that has been made. The Artist will send updates in chunks, so requested edits can be made before moving on. Your approval is needed to proceed through these phases into Completion!
Completion and Delivery: When the YCH Illustration Project is completed, the Artist will send the Finale Version before checking for any last changes. All Files associated with your Commission will be sent to your Delivery Email.
✦ Completion Time:
All Commissions are placed onto the Queue in an order to achieve a promised timeframe of completion.Once the Concept Sketch is approved, the Artist will gather Payment for Work. Once Payment is received for a Commission, the Artist will return within the following 1-2 weeks with the Revised Sketch(2ndWIP). When the Revised Sketch(2ndWIP) is approved, over the next 3-4 months the Artist will send Progress Updates of Line-Art, Coloring, and Shading. It is encouraged to speak up about any Changes or Edits.
Estimated Time for Completion:
3-4 Months.

✦ Refunds:
If you are looking to commission the Artist and may be at risk of a refund, commissioning the Artist is kindly discouraged due to the fact most to all of the income made from commissions is spent on bills, prescriptions, therapy, food, needs and more. When there is a requested refund from a client(s) the Artist will then take on another commission or sell ych/adoptable in order to fill in what needs to be returned. All refunds will be preformed through PayPal or CashApp.
Payment is Received once the Concept Sketch is Approved.

✦ Payment Plans:
Payment Plans are a Rare-Situation that is decided between Artist and Client(s). If you have not made yourself familiar with the Artist, the chances of accepting a Payment Plan is unlikely.
The Artist accepts payment plans for Commissions that reach over $250 USD in payment. Larger-Set Commission Projects can be organized by Monthly Progress, meaning that once a payment is fullfilled for said Month- the Artist will continue to work on your Commission.
First Month: Payment is made ... Concept Sketch + Revised Sketch
Second Month: Payment is made ... Lining.
Third Month: Payment is made ... Coloring.
Fourth Month: Payment is made ... Shading.
✦ Edits and Charges:
Concept Sketch Phase(1stWIP): Minimal adjustments can be made to the Pose/Concept. However, if the Client(s) request for an entire different pose, or something that drastically changes the scene ... 50% of Commission Price.
Revised Sketch(2ndWIP): A maximum of 3 minor changes can be made free of charge. Facial expressions, character details, or contributions based on the clients requests. If it is a detail the Artist has missed from References, there will be no charge. However, depending on the tensity of requested Edits ... $25 - $50 USD.
Lining, Coloring, Shading: Don't mean to be strict, maximum of 3 minor changes can be made. However, depending on the intensity of the Edit ... $35 - $70 USD.
COMPLETED: Once the commission is completed, the Artist will no longer make further edits or contributions without gratuity! Thank you!

All and or any forms of content created by the Artist belongs to the Artist and the Client(s) who have purchased the Commission.
Client owned Commissions may be used for personal entertainment usage. Please do not resell for profit unless stated otherwise... Feel free to ask! (Ex: Stickers, cards, posters, shirts, content creation, etc.)
DIY Profitable Content that is explicitly stated by the Artist on how and what can be used MUST be followed and respected.
You may NOT use any form of the Artist's Personal Work for any Personal profit.
You may NOT use any form of the Artist's work for NFTs or any form of Crypto Currency.
You may NOT use any form of the Artist's Work for AI generated work, Art projects, and or anything related to AI generation all together.
You may upload the Artist's content anywhere you'd desire as long as proper credit is given, all of the Artist's art pieces are watermarked but giving credit is always greatly appreciated and required.
If you desire to upload another commissioned piece that you did not commission, please have the courtesy to ask the commissionee for permission to do so.
If there is in instance where you want to have another artist contribute to your commission, please let the artist know before commissioning me for the piece. Thank you!
